    Client Service Executive

    Job Description:

    The candidate would work with SYNERGOS clients and do relevant management and analysis to service their needs. He / She will also interact with the client on a regular basis. The final goal of the job is to create high levels of client satisfaction. The job shall include considerable data management and report analysis and client communication.

    • Manage, maintain and deepen key client relationships, ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
    • Understand and service client's requirements, be the face of the company to the top-notch companies.
    • Handle and supervise executives and ensure their training needs.
    • Assist clients to use the products & services and keep them updated about new features launched.
    • Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and clients to manage accounts.
    • Based on regular data analysis, work out new strategies to reach out to clients and ensure best results.
    • Ensure regular dispatch of emails to candidates according to business requirements.
